This page explains what FakeStrike collects and why. Questions, or to see or delete your data: hello@fakestrike.com.
When you visit
- Which pages you view and which buttons you press, so we can tell whether the page is useful.
- The campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example, a link in our email), your approximate country and whether you’re on a phone or a computer.
- A random visit ID kept in your browser’s session storage. It is not linked to your name.
Your IP address is not saved with any of this. This site sets no advertising cookies.
When you ask for a check
The review you point us to, your business name and type, your role, what you tell us about the reviewer, your email and, if you give it, your phone number. We use them only to check the review, reply to you and, if you ask us to, handle the case. We don’t sell them or share them with anyone except the services below.
If you add us as a Manager
We can see your Business Profile and its reviews, as any Manager can. We use that access only for your case, and you can remove it at any time from your profile settings.
Patient and client information
Please don’t send us patient or client records. We only need to know whether you have any record of the reviewer, yes or no.
Services we use
- Vercel, to host the website.
- Supabase, to store the data above.
- Resend, to send the confirmation email and notify us of new requests.
- Google Workspace, for our email.
- PayPal, for invoices.
How long we keep it
Visit data is kept for up to 18 months. Case details are kept for as long as we work together and up to two years after, for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
