Terms
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms cover the FakeStrike review service: we check Google reviews, report the ones that break Google’s policies, use Google’s appeal where needed, and charge only when Google removes a review. Questions: hello@fakestrike.com.
The free check
- Sending us a review to check is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
- We tell you whether we think it breaks Google’s policies. We may decline any review, and we decline genuine reviews from real customers.
When you ask us to go ahead
- You confirm that the facts you give us are true, to the best of your knowledge.
- You either add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile, or submit the report we prepare yourself. You can remove our access at any time.
- We report the review to Google under the policy it breaks, report reviewer profiles where relevant, and use Google’s one-time appeal if the first answer is no.
The fee
- $249 per removed review, and nothing if it stays. For an attack of five or more reviews, the total is capped at $990.
- A review counts as removed when it is no longer visible on your profile within 60 days of our report. We confirm this on the live profile before we invoice.
- We invoice by PayPal. Payment is due within 14 days of our removal notice.
- If Google restores the review within 30 days of removal, there is no fee, or we refund it.
What we don’t do
- We don’t guarantee removal. Google decides.
- We don’t contact reviewers, send legal threats or give legal advice. FakeStrike is not a law firm.
- We don’t ask for, or accept, patient or client records.
Stopping
Either of us can stop at any time. Reviews already removed before you stop are still charged as above.
